The IRS Is a Communist Gestapo

Tex Shelters here, and I am angry as a wild boar on a rotating spit. The dang IRS Gestapo is coming after patriotic groups with names like Tea Party Avengers for a Sane Government and Patriot Party Patriots and investigating them for whether they are using their freedom of speech in a way Obama doesn’t like. The IRS wants to question these groups’ tax exempt status by doing their job! They want to see if these nationalistic groups are speechifying for politics when applying for 501(c)(4) status, that’s the tax exempt “social welfare” status. Leave it to libtards of the Gestapo tax force to look into new applications to make sure they are valid. What’s next, forcing Republicans to get a driver’s license to drive?

The 501(c)(4) status allows you to hide your donors from public scrutiny, and that’s why we love it. The only catch? These nonprofit organizations are supposed to have "social welfare" as their primary mission. Fortunately for these groups, the definition of "primary" is a little loose. In practice, though not in regulation, it has come to mean anything over 50 percent -- so, in theory, such a group can devote up to 49.9 percent of its resources on politics.”

That’s why our friends at Crossroads GPS, American Future Fund and others are able to be “social welfare” groups. Besides, anything conservatives do to help wealthy Americans in the US is social welfare, for they are the job creators.

However, those commies over at Priorities, USA shouldn’t get tax exemptions and freedom from disclosure like groups run by our beloved Karl Rove and other noble leaders in the fight to take back America. You see, this status should be for groups that target Democrats during elections because that’s for our social welfare.

Crossroads GPS educates us about the dangers of big government. That’s for our social welfare. They also push for health care and pension reform, which is in NO WAY political and thus they deserve their non-profit, non-disclosure status. And the conservative Center for Individual Freedom is promoting individual freedom, another social welfare cause. Certainly, their work educating us about “Obama's Make-Believe Budget” is social welfare. Moreover, making up stories about liberals getting preferential treatment from the IRS is also social welfare.

Here’s the facts. Of the 21 groups ruled on by the IRS after 2010, 13 were conservative. And because conservatives donate more generously, they outspent the libtard groups 34-to-1.

The real question is why is the IRS is looking into the actions of groups affiliated with the Tea Party? Tea Party groups never do anything political, ever. What gives? They are obviously “targeting” these groups to make sure that they don’t do their patriotic duty and support GOP candidates.

There were thousands of new applications for this tax exempt status after the Citizens United SCOTUS decision, and only a few were rejected. THAT WAS A FEW TOO MANY!!! These groups suffered by having to reapply for the 501(c)(4) status. Oh, my, GOD!!! Just because most of these applications were from conservative groups doesn’t mean that they should be looked into. We must stop the communist IRS tax Gestapo!

Seriously folks, we need to eliminate this political and corporate give away, the 501(c)(4) status, from the tax code entirely. The real scandal is that a tax status exists that shields obviously political groups from taxes and donor disclosure.

Peace,
Tex Shelters
